Terms and conditions

  • In case of bad weather the captain can change/shorten the itinerary in order to proceed with the service in the safest way.
  • If you arrive late at the agreed meeting time, on tours includine guide and boat, the allowance is 10 minutes.
  • If you arrive late at the agreed time of the beginning of a tour, the time of the tour will be shortened.
  • Please respect the number of people decided at the moment of the reservation.
  • Gino Mazzuccato Srl is not responsible for personal injury, loss or damage of luggage by the client, of death. The company is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience caused by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by Gino Mazzuccato Srl company or people working for Gino Mazzuccato Srl, such as wars, floods, unusual severe weather, acts of god etc.
  • We can’t refund services that the clients decided not to have.
  • The price of every tour/transfer is considered in euro and paying, the client, will be charged in euro.
  • Bookings have to be made at least 36/48 hours in advance.
  • Payment has to be made in full at the moment of the booking.
  • You will receive a confirmation voucher only for payments successfully made. If you don’t receive the voucher, please contact us at glasstour@ginomazzuccato.com
  • Changes are allowed, accoring to availability, up to 7 days in advance and paying a 50% fee (based on your booking price). Changes within 7 days from the established service date won’t be allowed. Changes have to be requested at glasstour@ginomazzuccato.com
  • Cancellations can be made up to 7 days in advance with a penalty of 50% fee (based on your booking price). Cancellations made within 7 days from the established service data won’t be refunded. Cancellations have to be requested at glasstour@ginomazzuccato.com
  • Please let us know if you or someone traveling with you has disabilities or medical problems, we can help suggesting the best way of traveling. Traveling by boat could not be fully accessible to wheelchairs or to clients with mobility issues.
